Coached in the gym. Accountable the other six days.

Your program is written for you and coached rep by rep. The rest of the week you are not left guessing — you know exactly what to do, and I know whether you did it.

Ways to train with me

Start with the consult. It is free, it takes thirty minutes, and you leave with a plan whether or not you hire me.

How it actually works

Four steps. Nothing to figure out, no spreadsheets, and no guessing what "3×8" meant three days later.

1
Free consult & movement screen

We talk about what you want and what has failed before. Then I watch you squat, hinge, push, pull and carry. That is where the program actually comes from.

2
I build your program

Exercises chosen for your body, your equipment and your injury history — with sets, reps, tempo, rest intervals and the technique cues I would give you on the floor.

3
You carry it with you

Today's session, this week's schedule, what to eat and the shopping list — on your phone, with my coaching notes on every exercise. Tick things off as you go.

4
I hold you to it

You tell me how each day went — on plan or not — and I can see it. A bad day is fine and I would rather know. That is what changes what I write for you next week.

What clients say

Three people, three different reasons to start.

"I have paid for four gyms and two of those coaching apps. He is the first one who actually noticed on the days I did not show up."
— M.W., 12 weeks in
"I asked for a number to chase and got one. Squatted 195 for the first time last month."
— D.R., strength client
"Came back after having a baby and was terrified of hurting myself. He started me with breathing. Breathing!"
— P.S., postnatal return

Questions people ask

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Tell me what you have — a full gym, a pair of dumbbells, or a hotel room — and the program is built around that.

What if I have an injury?

Tell me at the consult. It goes on your profile and the program is filtered against it every time it changes. Nothing that hurts, ever, on purpose.

What happens on the days I do not see you?

You get a plan for them, and you tell me in two taps how they went. Not to be judged — so I know what is actually happening before I write your next week. Most people quit in the gap between sessions. That gap is the part I coach hardest.

Do you do the nutrition too?

Yes — targets, a weekly meal plan and a grocery list you can shop from. No powders to buy from me, no meal replacements.

Can I cancel a session?

Twenty-four hours' notice and there is no charge — rebook it yourself in a couple of taps. Life happens.

Book your free consult

These are my real openings — the calendar below reads the hours I set in my console, so you only ever see times I am actually free.

Seven standard readiness questions. A yes does not stop you booking — it just means I need clearance from your doctor before we load anything, and I would rather know now than in the room.

I get it with the time you picked, and reply the same day.
